Revlon Colorsilk

I would love to share with you my experience on DIY hair color and it's my first time :)

I used Revlon Colorsilk in Medium Golden brown

I don't know the original price of this and  I bought it on sale on a local grocery store for 355php hehe

color reference on your hair 

Prior to my diy I had done my hair color in salon 4 months ago using Wella in light blonde red ash shade .  

the result on my hair.. 

 natural light w/o flash

color appears brighter on picture and natural light. it's a bit darker in person.

I've had a hard time applying it on my own especially on the back hahah I definitely need some technique on this. I used applicator w/ brush and comb. All in all I had fun experimenting and happy with the result, I will try other colors too using Revlon or maybe Garnier ;)

Himalaya Acne and Pimple cream

I recently had a 4 weeks purging stage because of Tretinoin, and this cream really heals, dried and diminish

the bumps cause by purging! Right now this become my maintenance after Tretinoin, Effectiveness is excellent

so I really recommend this because it's safe to use plus this contains no harsh chemicals just Herbals!

Random hauls

I went to the Robinson galleria and Megamall today for some clothes, shoes and kikay stuff shopping. It was a tiring day but i'm happy.

Quick review...

 

This gives me a very good oil control. Shine free for almost 4-6hrs, I'm using Loreal white perfect day cream as my moisturiser. The powder puff is very gentle and smooth when dab on skin which i love, the smell is like your usual baby powder. However the coverage is very sheer/light, concealer is a must for me to cover my blemishes. Available only in two shades, No. 2 for me but still it's very light for my skintone, hahah but what do i expect Etude house is a korean brand which means it suitable for korean skintones which i think is for cool undertones, and i'm on the warm side. Anyways i noticed that after applying, it will really look like pale on me but after a few minutes or so it blends with my skintone, so no worries of looking pale at all. =)
